What We "Eat" for Breakfast
A morning routine speaks a thousand words about what makes a person tick. Our team leaders' a.m. rituals run the gamut, and reveal a lot.

Heinrich Hispanidad
By 8:00 every morning, I am well versed on el mundo hispano.
One of the most valuable things I offer my clients is strategic insight into the Hispanic population. In addition to cnn.com and other national, general news sources, I read the major dailies in places like México City, Buenos Aires, Líma and Bogotá. The United States' Hispanic population is not homogeneous, so it's crucial to understand the influence that immigrants' countries of origin continue to exert on this segment.
I also follow a number of respected domestic sites like Hispanic Market Weekly, which offers practical insights into issues that are important to the U.S. Hispanic community and to the companies who wish to reach them.
This pre-work prep keeps me ready to help Hispanidad's clients make marketing decisions that resonate with their targeted audiences.

A good night's sleep is my key to a successful day! To achieve this I do 35 to 45 minutes on the incline trainer every evening. Pushing myself at various speeds and incline levels is what I call my "thinking time." This is when I sort out the day that's almost over and prepare for the next. It clears my mind so that I rest well and wake up ready to hit it!
Erin Iwata, Account Director
I start multitasking early, and my iPhone helps make it easy to check client email from my East Coast clients and get a jump on my day. And I can listen to music at the same time. What more could you ask for?
I'm a bit of a night owl (needing my Guitar Hero fixes doesn't help), but I have to get up early to give my cat, Jake, insulin. So the other essential is stopping for DazBog coffee — sorry, Starbucks — on my ride into the office on my Vespa! There's no better way to start the day.
Jeff Davis, Account Executive
My diet is a fun topic for my coworkers because I eat about 10 mini-meals a day.
I get up early and have eggs and oatmeal; then two mid-morning snacks, including one of my famous peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (no one makes them like me!). Then, I usually have a turkey sandwich, fruit, yogurt and a granola bar for lunch. I eat another PBJ around 2 and another lunch at 3, such as pasta and chicken; and in the evening I have a protein shake, pasta with chicken and veggies, a healthy late-night snack, and another PBJ about 3 a.m.
Yes, all true. I couldn't make this up if I tried. I'm really active and my workdays are very busy with meetings, travel and deadlines. My bizarre eating schedule keeps me both physically and mentally fueled. It gets my brain energized and focused; If I didn't eat so much, I would probably be a huge pain in the neck.
