A sweet offer attracts new merchants.
Fifth Third's Merchant Service sales force wanted a rapid increase
in qualified leads. Heinrich's recommendation was to deliver a tasty
offer and an article reprint from within Fifth Third's footprint that
illustrated the efficiencies of gift card programs. An interview with
one of Fifth Third's top customers added local interest and credibility
to our approach. Warm leads were fed to the representatives for outbound
sales calls. Our approach generated a full plate of qualified leads and eased the
