Margaret blends 18 years of direct marketing and advertising experience with new digital approaches to deliver a cross-channel experience on all client initiatives. She leads engagements that are proven to be customer-focused, results-oriented and award-winning. Before joining Heinrich, she spent 12 years at Digitas, where she served as relationship creative director for InterContinental Hotel Group, delivering strong strategic solutions to convey the brand on a global level. Margaret also developed B2B solutions for FedEx; built loyalty programs for AT&T Universal Card, Diet Coke and Mobil; and directed creative solutions for Delta Airlines, General Motors and American Century Investments. She has worked at Cato Johnson/Y&R Special Markets, Ogilvy & Mather, Doremus and Arnold Advertising, and has developed B2C e-commerce programs for companies in Spain and Mexico. Margaret’s talent has earned her recognition in creative excellence from the Echo Awards, John Caples, the Boston Advertising Club Hatch Awards, the London International Awards and the New England Direct Marketing Awards.
