Laura and her team are responsible for the smashing success of the agency’s Hispanic and ethnic marketing division, Heinrich Hispanidad. Educated in the U.S. and Mexico, Laura spent a decade with Bank One, most recently as vice president for emerging markets advertising. She determines optimal multicultural communication strategies and manages the development and execution of marketing messages targeting Hispanic and other ethnic consumers. Laura is a sought-after speaker who will serve as chairperson for the DMA's 2007 Directo Days Annual Conference. Her writings have been featured in USA Today, US Industry Today, IFA Franchising World, Advertising and Marketing Review, and DirectLine.
