Kroger
Case Studies, Digital, DM/Collateral
The challenge.
Heinrich was engaged to rebrand all collateral and in-store signage for a re-launch of Kroger’s Financial Services suite of products in 2009. Since that time, the brand has stood and Heinrich has supported this set of services for the national brand for almost a decade.

Approach
The first assignment was to create a look and feel for the brochureware that was engaging and tested positively with customer segments. Heinrich’s submission was selected to represent the KPF brand and all communications related to their products and services to include TV, radio, direct mail, packaging, digital, OOH, ROP and in-store.
In tandem with the brand relaunch, Kroger opened its first Money Shop as a showcase for its products and services, and to add a personal touch to selling their financial services products. Heinrich developed the Money Shop brand to work with and leverage the new brochureware and other KPF branding.
Heinrich’s work with Kroger has encompassed insurance products, gift cards, debit and credit cards, money services, and phone services, and has included POS, digital, card design, packaging, direct response (DM and email), and card and product branding.
